I have been going here for years. The last time I went I was told Dr. Reese (the best Dr. We have ever had because he REALLY cared) left. That made us pretty upset. I'm sure they have other fine Dr.s but he was special. He told us what was best for our pups even if they didn't carry it or provide it. I feel like some vets always try to sell you things to make a goal or something but he was better than that. I wish all vets cared like he did. As for the other staff, they are fine. They have some vet techs that I never want to see again due to poor attitude or bad quality of care for our pups. I still choose to go here because we have good experience most of the time you can't beat the location. Some people have pets and some people have members of their family that have fur, and that's us. My dogs are my children and I want the best for them. I hope in the future you guys are able to find people to care for the communities extended fur families because they care and love animals not just because they are there for a pay check.
We have gone here for 7+ years with all of our pups. Dr. Gordner has been a great addition to the staff, and we love the care she provides for our dogs.
If you have a need, be sure to call in as early as possible-it can be hard at times to get an appointment. The phones are often busy, so be prepared to be on hold for an extended time or use their answering service to leave a message.
This review is very bittersweet for my husband and I. If you are looking for an amazing, knowledgeable, passionate vets office and staff, Tiny Town Animal Clinic is just that! We have worked with Dr.K, Dr.Engle, and Dr.Reese who completely went above and beyond to care for our babies over the years. We had our dogs for 16 & 17 years they were Boo Boo & Lexi. We a year ago, had to make the hardest decision of our life to let our sweet Lexi girl go of 16 years as she had unexpected accident that caused a very bad spinal cord and brain injury. The vets and staff did everything they could for our baby there was no treatment option that wasn’t exhausted. Losing a member of the family is one of the most difficult times in life. In that moment of unimaginable grief and loss the Dr. reached out and wrapped their arms around both of us as we cried uncontrollably. After this, the next week they contacted us as they had her paw print impression for us. My heart so happy to have something of our baby that I wasn’t expecting. At that time I nor my husband could bring ourselves out of the house as it was just too hard. They went out of their way to bring this to our home and hand deliver it so it didn’t get broken. This meant so much to the both of us!
Our sweet BooBoo girl was now 17 years old (by herself) for the first time ever and had spent many boardings with the Tiny Town office as she could not be left alone for more than a few hours now without her companion. The staff always was so welcoming, accommodating, and knew exactly who she was and she knew them. Boo would go right with them every time with excitement and without hesitation. Leaving us with peace of mind every time. This year, Boo developed stage 3 kidney disease and heart murmurs completely lost her appetite things were going downhill fast and Dr. Engle & Dr. K spent several months treating and finding anything they could do to help improve her quality of life. They left no stone unturned. Our sweet 17 year old girl was just tired, her body fighting against us at ever turn, letting us all know she could not keep going. The vets spent countless hours with my husband and I going over every avenue and possible scenario for her. I so appreciated their patience, knowledge, efforts, and compassion they showed for my husband, I, Lexi, and BooBoo!
If you are new to the area, or just looking for the perfect place to take your babies, I cannot recommend them enough! The quality of care, compassion, knowledge, that Tiny Town Animal Clinic Dr’s and staff provides is immeasurable!
Thank you all so much!

We always have a great experience at this clinic. We have been coming here since we moved to TN in 2020. Always the best care, amazing, friendly, & caring staff! Katlynn & Dr. Gordner are just the sweetest and so caring and gentle with my big guy. I highly recommend this place.
